The Client

Bears Court is a newly developed collection of luxury holiday rental properties located in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Little Rissington. The estate features two beautifully converted barns – North Barn and South Barn – containing a total of 8 high-end 3 and 4 bedroom rental homes. Bears Court also offers a 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom annex for smaller travel parties.

The Challenge

As a new luxury rental estate, Bears Court needed an effective digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and bookings from their target affluent demographics. They tasked Pixafusion with managing their organic and paid social media presence.

The Process

Pixafusion developed a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook/Meta and Google Ads. Our organic efforts included:

  • A consistent cadence of 3 posts per week on Instagram and Facebook/Meta
  • Engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks highlighting the properties and amenities
  • Curating and re-purposing glowing guest reviews as social posts

To complement the organic approach, we launched targeted paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to put Bears Court in front of qualified rental searchers.

Our social creative lean into the aesthetics and lifestyles desired by Bears Court’s affluent target – a luxurious yet relaxing rural escape in the Cotswolds.

The Result

Bears Court’s social media following grew rapidly as our targeted ad campaigns and engaging organic content sparked awareness and interest – from 400 followers at the start of 2024, to 2000 followers at the start of June. The Reels and TikToks were particularly effective.


The paid Google Ads campaigns were also a major success, driving Bears Court’s highest revenue week to date through increased bookings from their target demographics.
